  1. Click Reference Data Manager in the Plant Design System Environment pane.

    The Reference Data Manager displays.

  2. Click Piping Job Specification Manager.

    The Piping Job Specification Manager displays.

  3. Click Piping Job Specification Tables.

    The Specification Tables Library/Data Management dialog box displays.

  4. Click Extract.

    The Piping Job Specification Table Library List dialog box displays.

  5. Click Extract All.

    The software extracts all of the tables to the default Piping Spec Data folder. The software also writes the extracted file names to the PD_tbl_list.lst file.

    You can rename the .lst file.
