Meaning: Smart 3Dx found the session file but could not load or connect to the model database. This could be caused by any of the following:

The model name is misspelled, has been moved or deleted, or there are network problems between you and the server.

Your account is not in any of the permission groups for this model.
Recovery: Check the spelling of the name. Verify that the server exists and is connected to the network. Verify that you have access permissions to the model, and that your account is included in at least one permission group.
The Core component includes troubleshooting tools, which are located in [Product Folder]\Core\Tools\Administrator\Bin.
EnableErrorLog.exe - Allows you to specify the severity of logged runtime errors. The default setting is 1, which means only critical errors are logged. Setting 4 will log many more errors, including warnings, and could impact performance. You can also specify the name and location of the log file.
