Displays when you click Move in the Modify Selection Controls.
Indicates that one or more objects in the select set is locked. The padlock displays in the title bar if the select set contains locked objects. You cannot move the select set until you remove all the locked objects. Objects are locked in the following situations:

You do not have Write permissions to one or more objects.

One or more of the selected objects is not in a working state.
Move
Moves the selected object.
Move From Position (Ctrl + T)
Specifies the point from which to start the move.
Move To Position (T)
Specifies the point at which to finish the move.
No Constraint (CTRL + 6)
Objects are free to move in any direction.
East
Y-axis and Z-axis coordinates are locked. Object moves freely along the X-axis.
North
X-axis and Z-axis coordinates are locked. Object moves freely along the Y-axis.
Elevation
X-axis and Y-axis coordinates are locked. Object moves freely along the Z-axis.
Elevation Plane (CTRL + 1)
Z-axis coordinate is locked. Object moves freely in the X-Y coordinate plane.
East-West Plane (CTRL + 3)
X-axis coordinate is locked. Object moves freely in the Y-Z coordinate plane.
North-South Plane (CTRL + 2)
Y-axis coordinate is locked. Object moves freely in the X-Z coordinate plane.
Locked Objects (x)
Displays the quantity of locked objects in the select set. This control is not available for select sets containing objects of the same type.
Remove All
Clears all the locked objects from the select set. This control is not available for select sets containing objects of the same type.
