Detailed View displays the available filters in a spreadsheet format.
Click on the filter 
in the column header to narrow the list of filters. You can also drag column headers
to the space above the spreadsheet to group the filters by the selected column. For
example, if you group by the Created by column, you can select a filter based on the creator of the filter. If you also select
to group by Name, you can then view the filters based on the creator of the filter, then based on
the name of the filter. Drag the columns back to the spreadsheet to ungroup the filters.
Category
Specifies the selected Category filters. Use Refine By on the Define Workspace Dialog to select the categories shown.
Name
Specifies the name of the object.
Classification
Specifies whether filters are Simple or Asking.
Type
Specifies the type of object. To change the options on the list, edit the Weld Type select list in Catalog.
Path
Specifies the hierarchical folder path to the object.
Permission Group
Specifies the permission group to which the object belongs. You can select another permission group, if required. Permission groups are created in Project Management.
Approval Status
Specifies the status of the selected object or filter.
Created by
Specifies the name of the person who created the object.
Created on
Specifies the creation date of the object.
Last Modified on
Specifies the date of the last modification to the object.
