Click Menu
> Options to display the Options Dialog.

Click Customizations to display the Customizations Tab (Options Dialog).

Click Radial Menu.
A list of the defined radial menus displays.

Select Add group
to display the Add Radial Group Dialog.

Select an icon from the list.

Type a name for the radial menu in the New group name box.

Select OK.
The new group displays in the list of radial menus.
Default is the radial menu that displays the first time you press 5 on the numeric keypad.
You can define any other menus on the list as submenus of Default. See Add a submenu of commands to a radial menu.
