The order in which the properties display in your view depends on your configuration.

Approval State

Specifies the status of the selected object or filter. Changing this property sets the Status. The display depends on your access level. You might be unable to change the status of the object. The list is defined by the ApprovalStatus codelist.

Secondary Shrinkage

Specifies a factor for the amount of extra material to apply in the secondary direction.

Shrinkage Mode

Specifies the active shrinkage mode.

Coordinate System

Select primary and secondary direction vectors as axis.

Edge

Select primary and secondary direction vectors as plate edges.

Global

Primary and secondary direction as standard vectors [X (1, 0, 0), Y (0, 1, 0), Z (0, 0, 1)].

Vector

User can create shrinkage in any direction with the help of Shrinkage Direction Vectors control.

Shrinkage Direction Vectors Dialog Box

  • Validate calculates the primary/secondary vector with respect to the plate normal and primary/secondary vector.

Shrinkage Rule

Specifies the shrinkage rule.

Shrinkage Type

Specifies the direction type of shrinkage to apply.

By Axis

Select a grid system axis to define the shrinkage direction.

By Edge
