Thel Smart Cloud Professional Services Team has full control of the ongoing support and maintenance of the Extensibility solution implemented. A Services Managed Services Agreement (SLA) or Support SOW to support the Extensibility model developed must be in place for the ongoing regional support and maintenance of the system.

This does not include any Smart Cloud, customer, or third party managed Extensibility that has been previously implemented.
