To access the Intergraph Smart Cloud portal you should fulfill the minimum end user IT system requirements as detailed below:

Devices

  • A Microsoft Windows desktop or laptop computer. Other devices such as tablets and phones can access some of the Smart Cloud services, but they are not recommended because they have limited functionality.

Operating system

  • Windows 8 or later

  • Windows 10

Hardware

  • A monitor with Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher resolution monitor.

  • Network Interface Card (NIC).

  • Internet access network connection.

Web browser

  • Microsoft Edge.

  • Mozilla Firefox v16.0.2 or later.

  • Apple Safari for Windows v5.1.7 or later.

  • Google Chrome™ v23.0.1271.95m or later.

Citrix Workspace app

  • Citrix Workspace app client 4.11 and later.

  • CPU of 1 GHz or higher processor, 32-bit or 64-bit.

  • RAM of 1GB 32-bit, 2GB 64-bit.

  • You can download the Citrix Workspace app from the website: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app

Internet connection

  • Internet bandwidth (per session) should be 2Mbps or more.

  • Network latency for any Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence software products that involve either rendering or editing 3D content:

    • Latency of 150 milliseconds or less

    • Recommended latency is less than 100 milliseconds

  • Network latency for other Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence software products:

    • Latency of 300 milliseconds or less

    • Recommended latency is less than 250 milliseconds

  • Packet loss requirements for all software products:

    • Maximum Required Packet Loss: < 0.3%

    • Recommended Packet Loss: < 0.1%

  • Jitter requirements:

    • Maximum Required Jitter: < 50 milliseconds

    • Recommended Jitter: < 25 milliseconds

If the local IT computer equipment, software or internet connection does not meet the recommended minimum requirements, discuss this with your IT administrator or Cloud application administrator for the estate. IT administration at a user location is outside the scope of the Smart Cloud Support service.
