The process for accessing Certificate Types is outlined below:

1. Select the ‘Configuration’ button at the bottom of the Certificates Manager.

   • Configurations Manager.

2. A Configurations Manager window opens.

   • Select ‘Certificate Types’.

   • The Certificate Types Manager will open.

   • Certificate Types Manager > Search.

3. Select the ‘Search’ button to load all available Certificate Types.

   • Certificate Types Manager.

4. Select the Certificate Type you wish to view and then select the ‘Edit’ button.

   • Certificate Types Edit Form.

5. Completed/Closed Radio Buttons – Select state for custody transfer?

   • Choose Completed when you want to transfer systemization custody on smart form

   • Choose Closed when completion you want to transfer systemization custody on smart form close

6. To enable Certificate Locking select the ‘Yes’ radio button.

   • Select the ‘Save’ button and close the edit form.
