Back up the SC Database - Intergraph Smart Completions - Intergraph Smart Completions Update 18 - Installation & Upgrade

1. Go to Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

2. Navigate to Object Explorer and select your server name

3. Expand the Database section and right click on the database, and select Tasks > Backup

   

4. On the back up window, Select General, and add these inputs in the Source section:

   Backup Type	Full
   Backup Component	Database

5. Add these inputs in the Destination section:

   Backup To	Disk
   Path	Path, filename of the backup

   The default path and .bak file name are automatically populated.

   

6. Click OK.

7. This message is displayed after the backup process completes.

   

8. Click OK

Go to the default path as given in the first step and verify that you can view the backup. If you are unable to view it, repeat steps 2 to 6.
