Smart Completions Mobile

This is the first release of the new iOS version, Smart Completions Mobile, featuring an updated user interface. It includes all fundamental features of the following managers in both online and offline modes. For more information, see Smart Completions Mobile (SCM) Overview.

  • You can view and edit Assets, Tasks, Documents, Punchlists, Preservations, Non-Compliances/Non-Conformances, Work Packages, Certificates, Project Communications, and Near Misses created in SaaS. For more information on managers and features presented in Mobile application, see Managers in Smart Completions Mobile.

    • Assets: View and edit assets associated with a project, and view all associated document tags. For more information, see Assets.

    • Documents: View all Documents associated with a project, View Document Details, View Documents on a web page in a different window of your browser by using the URL icon. For more information, see Documents.

    • Tasks: View and execute all tasks associated with a project and their statuses, View and/or print a task form, View task details, and View reference documents associated with a task. For more information, see Tasks.

    • Punchlists: View punchlists associated with a project, view and edit punchlist details, create punchlists, and view reference documents associated with a punchlist, For more information, see Punchlists.

    • Preservations: View and execute all the preservation tasks associated with a project. For more information, see Preservations.

    • Non-Compliances/Non-Conformances: View and execute all the NCs/NCRs associated with a project. For more information, see Non-Compliances/ Non-Conformances.

    • Work Packages: View and execute the work packages associated with a project. For more information, see Work Packages.

    • Certificates: View and execute all the certificates associated with a project. For more information, see Certificates.

    • Project Communications: View and execute all the project communications associated with a project. For more information, see Project Communications.

    • Near Misses: View and execute all the near misses associated with a project. For more information, see Near Misses.

  • You can now customize the field names of Assets, Tasks, Documents, Punchlists, Preservations, Non-Compliances/Non-Conformances, Work Packages, Certificates, Project Communications, and Near Misses modules according to the required settings of your organization.   • In Smart Completions, projects are assigned in phases, stages and activities. You can browse projects based on their Location, Systemization, or WBS. For more information, see Browse by Location/ Systemization/ WBS.

  • Sync Manager: You can also execute the said modules in offline mode by downloading the required data. For more information, see Sync Manager.

  • Near Misses: Using SC Mobile, you can view and manage near misses at its full capacity in online and offline modes. For more information, see Managers in Smart Completions Mobile. (4710246, 4710295)

    • You can view, search, sort, and browse the near misses of the selected project. For more information, see Near Misses. (4710246, 4710295)

    • You can add As-Found and As-Left images for a near miss. (4710295)

    • You can now use Sync Manager to check out, check in, sync to download, and sync to upload near misses for the offline use. For more information, see Using Sync Manager. (4710246, 4710295)

  • Non-Compliances

  • Project Communications:

    • You can now reopen a closed project communication. For more information, see Manage project communications. (3972483)

    • The project communication records workflow is defined by the Locked? parameter in the SaaS application. After a record enters the defined workflow, it becomes read-only and cannot be edited in the mobile application. For more information, see Manage project communications. (3972483)

    • On creating a new project communication record, the Questionnaire form is automatically generated for the communication based on the selected Communication Type. For more information, see Create project communications. (4534752)

    • While requesting project information, the Contacted Person field will be filtered automatically if you have selected the Contacted Company field first, and the Contact Company field will be filled automatically if you have selected the Contacted Person data field first.   • Other Improvements

    • In the Document Details page, the show bottom bar icon is now replaced with the home icon. (3972483)

    • You can view and access the documents details page for all the documents in the Reference Documents tab of all managers. For more information, see Tasks. (3972483)

    • On selecting the user profile icon, you can now view the logged in site information. For more information, see Connecting to Smart Completions Server using Smart Completions Mobile. (3972483)

    • During Sync to Download, an alert message is shown when you download the files exceeding 3 MB. For more information, see Using Sync Manager. (3972483)

    • The Project selection list is now disabled in offline mode. For more information, see Using Sync Manager. (3972483)

    • Button labels for Browse by Location and Browse by Systemization for all managers have been implemented. For more information, see Browse by Location/ Systemization/ WBS. (3972483)

    • The Attachments tab is now renamed to Files tab in tasks and certificates manager. For more information, see Upload and edit task files, and Manage Certificates. (3972483)

    • When you open a pdf, the user interface is now updated with clear wording to improve the usability of PDFTron. (3972483)

    • On entering a value in the mandatory fields that are marked in red, the field's color now matches with the other fields. (3972483)

    • In Punchlists and Non-Compliances/Non-Conformances managers, the Responsible Company data is added automatically when selecting the Responsible Person field data first, and the Responsible Person list is filtered automatically when you select the Responsible Company field data first.
