Configure the client solution for building and debugging - Intergraph Smart Construction - Hotfix 11 - Customization & Programming - Hexagon

1. Update the reference path to your Smart Construction installation directory for each project in the custom client solution.

   1. In Visual Studio, select a project.

   2. On the Project menu, click [Project Name] Properties.

   3. Click Reference Paths.

   4. In the Folder text box, specify the path to the Smart Construction client installation directory ([Drive]:\Program Files\SmartConstruction\SPCClient).

2. Change the build location for each project in the custom client solution.

   1. In Visual Studio, select a project.

   2. On the Project menu, click Properties.

   3. Click the Compile tab.

   4. For the Build output path, browse to the Smart Construction client installation location ([Drive]:\Program Files\SmartConstruction\SPCClient).

3. Update the Start external program path for the client solution.

   1. In Visual Studio, select the project.

   2. On the Project menu, click Properties.

   3. Click the Debug tab.

   4. For the Start external program path, browse to the Smart Construction client installation location ([Drive]:\Program Files\SmartConstruction\SPCClient).

Custom DLLs must be copied to each workstation.
