SPC Fails to Recognize Internal Request with SMAT API - Intergraph Smart Construction - Hotfix 14 - Help - Hexagon

Issue

When the CCI file contains an internal SMAT API license, SPC does not recognize the license.

Solution

Check that the URL for the Smart Materials access point URL in SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client matches the base URL and prefix in the Smart Materials web.config file.

1. Look at the base URL and prefix in the Smart Materials Web.config file located in Local Disc (C:)> Program Files (x86) > INTERGRAPH > Smart Materials WebAPI 2.3 > Web > API > Web.config. The example section below shows where the URL and the prefix are located.

2. Go to SmartPlant Foundation > Smart Construction > Find > Administration > Materials Web System.

3. Right-click Materials Web System and select Update.

4. Check that the URL in the Access Point line matches the one in the web.config file. If it does not match, then change accordingly.
