The Work Package Schedule window displays the IWPs along a timeline, so you can see the duration of a planned IWP and its status as the animation runs.

Click Enable animation
on the 3D model or 2D drawing Toolbox.

Click Display Work Package Schedule
to open the Work Package Schedule window.

Click Play
to start the animation.
As the animation runs, the IWPs are updated in the Work Package Schedule window with the Status filter colors, such as Planned Start, Planned Finish, Actual Start, and Actual Finish, to show the status of the IWPs.

When you open the Work Package Schedule window from the 3D model or 2D drawing, you see only IWPs related to the model or drawing. If you have the Work Package Schedule window already open and you view the animation, the window displays all IWPs.

Rotate the mouse wheel in the calendar heading of the timeline to zoom in and out of the timeline.
