When an engineering drawing has been superseded by a fabrication drawing, the drawing
and IWP are marked with an Engineering change 
notification. You can then view the superseding fabrication drawing.

Click Work Packages on the project home page.

Select an IWP from the Work Packages browser.

Click Drawings on the IWP.

Click the Engineering change
notification.

Click Show Superseding Drawing to open the superseding drawing.
