Perform smart search - Intergraph Smart Construction - Hotfix 14 - Help - Hexagon

Configure the search criteria and assign the values to use smart search in component category. For more information, see Configure Smart Search for component category.

1. To search for a component, select the values in the left pane to set a criterion and click Search.

2. Click to reset the search criteria.

You can use wildcards to narrow search results. ? to find any single character. * and % to find any string of characters.

• Search appears highlighted when a search criteria is applied.

• The most recently applied search criteria is automatically saved as a user preference.

• If any modifications are made to the saved criteria without performing a search, the changes are discarded and the most recently applied search criteria remains saved as a user preference.

• Search will not appear in the search bar, if no criteria is configured for the selected category.
