Include Enhanced SmartLoop Reports with Schematics - Intergraph Smart Electrical - Help - Hexagon

In Smart Electrical Options Manager, under General Settings, beside Include Enhanced Reports in Schematics, select Yes.

Beside Default Smart Instrumentation Domain Name, type the name of the source domain.

In Smart Electrical, select File > Open > Template.

Select the template that you want to use for displaying the Enhanced SmartLoop report.

Select View > Display > Working Area.

On the template drawing sheet, use the grab handles to define the size of the working area in which the Enhanced SmartLoop report is to appear.

Save the template.

For the item for which you intend to generate the schematic, publish signal data to Smart Instrumentation. The item for which you want to include the Enhanced SmartLoop report must have a related signal.

In Smart Instrumentation, create loops and associate them with the retrieved signal data.

Publish the data back to Smart Electrical, and generate the schematic for the item using the template that you modified.
