Upgrades the existing Smart Engineering Manager SmartPlant schema associated with the active plant to a newer version.
The software upgrades the SPEMDataMap.xml file, including user customizations, with the latest version data from the files in the ..\Engineering Manager\bin folder path and registers the schema version at the beginning of the .xml file.
