The Intergraph Smart® Instrumentation Data Integrity Checker Utility is a direct replacement for the now retired CheckDB. The Data Integrity Checker Utility has been designed to simplify the checking of the data integrity in your database, before upgrading, after upgrading, and at any time during the lifecycle of your product. The old CheckDB had all its solutions hard-coded, the only way to upgrade the solutions was by upgrading the software. The Data Integrity Checker Utility has an external solutions file that is updated by Hexagon support when required, and can be downloaded from Smart Community. This allows the Data Integrity Checker Utility to work across different versions of Smart Instrumentation.
