Actions > Run

Runs or submits the tasks that you select from the To Do List.  This command is available when an executable task is selected and the status of the selected task is Open or Error.  If multiple tasks are selected, this command is available only if each of the tasks meets these criteria.
When a task runs, the status of the task and the Run Date and Run By properties (History tab) are updated.  If the task runs successfully, the status is updated to Completed PPM All Outputs Graphic.  If there is a problem, the status changes to Error PPM All Outputs Graphic, and a time stamp and error message are added to the Notes tab in the Properties window.

Actions > Delete

When you use this to delete permanently one or more tasks in the deleted tasks list, a confirmation dialog box appears to verify the deletion.

Actions > Ignore

To make a task available for running again the next time you retrieve data, you must restore that task to the To Do List.
