This dialog enables you to set history indication in a browser view, as well as for a specification or a process data sheet. In other words, you can set the color background in the fields where the data has changed between the dates that you select here. Note, however, that history indication is only possible if the System Administrator has enabled the audit trail functionality in your domain.
To access this dialog, select Options > History Options.
Select date range
In this group box, you set the date range for data history that the software checks for changes.
From
Select or type the date from which you want to start displaying the data history.
To
Select or type the date until which you want to display the data history.
Today
Select to enter the current date in the To field.
Font style
You can select one or both of the font styles, bold and italic. The software displays changed data on the screen and in printed reports in the font style that you choose.
Bold
Select to display and print changed data in boldface.
Italic
Select to display and print changed data in italic font style.
Color
Highlight color for display
Displays the current color that the software uses to mark changed data on the screen. Select the ellipsis to open the Color dialog, where you can set the highlight color.
Grayscale for printing
Displays the shade of gray that the software uses to mark changed data when you print a specification. Select the ellipsis to open the Grayscale dialog, where you can change the shade of gray for printing.
