The Search dialog allows you to search for any item in the Domain or Reference Explorer with any valid search criteria. You access the dialog by selecting the Search icon in the Quick Search field or by selecting inside the quick search field and pressing Enter. You can search for multiple items in the entire domain, the current highest plant hierarchy level, or the current lowest plant hierarchy level. In Smart Instrumentation, the term "current" refers to the plant hierarchy level that you selected in the Open dialog when you started Smart Instrumentation.
