The following commands are used when working in the Process Data module.

Instrument icon 16bit Edit > Open Process Data > Instrument

Opens a process data sheet for an instrument.

Process Edit > Open Process Data > Line

Opens a process data sheet for a line.

Edit > Delete Process Data > Instrument

Deletes process data for an instrument.

Edit > Delete Process Data > Line

Deletes process data for a line.

Edit > Select Line Properties for Copying

Opens a dialog to select line fields, before copying the line data to a tag.

Edit > Cases

Allows you to create, edit, and delete case names and descriptions.

Edit > Insulation Types

Opens a dialog to enter or edit insulation type definitions.

Edit > Pipe/Orifice Materials

Opens a dialog to enter additional pipe/orifice materials or modify the existing ones.

Edit > Fluid Components

Opens a dialog to maintain the Fluid Components supporting table, which you need to create a Line Component table for a complex analyzer line.

Actions > External Revisions

Allows you to enter and maintain external process data revisions for the current <plant>.

Actions > Propagate Line Data

Opens a dialog to select a line with data that you want to propagate to instruments associated with that line.

Actions > Copy Line Data

Opens a dialog to select a line whose data you want to copy to one or more target lines.

Actions > External Process Data

Opens a dialog to export process data files from Smart Instrumentation, or to import process data files into Smart Instrumentation.

Reports > Instrument > Single Tag

Generates a process data report for selected instruments. Prints an individual page for each instrument tag.

Reports > Instrument > Three Tags

Generates a process data report for selected instruments. Prints process data for three tags on each page.

Reports > Line > Single Line

Generates a process data report for selected lines. Prints an individual page for each line.

Reports > Line > Three Lines

Generates a process data report for selected lines. Prints process data for three lines on each page.
