This dialog allows you to adapt the system codes used in the source non-Smart Instrumentation database to the system codes used in the target. Prior to adapting the system codes, you have to define the non-Smart Instrumentation source system on the Source System List Dialog.
To access this dialog, select Codes > Adapt System Codes.
Source system
Select the required non-Smart Instrumentation source system whose codes that you want to adapt. The contents of this list depend
on the source systems you have defined on the Source System List dialog, which you open by selecting 
.
Code values
Select the Smart Instrumentation property that requires a code. The contents of the data window below this list box depend on your selection here. You can determine the contents of this list by selecting an option in the Module group box of this dialog.
Codes
The first two columns display the Smart Instrumentation target code and its description. After selecting the required code value, highlight the required target code and then type in the source code in the Source Code column.
Clear Source
Select a target code in the data window and then select this button if you do not want a source code to be adapted to this target code. You can also select this button to undo any code adaptations you have made.
Duplicate
Select to duplicate the Smart Instrumentation code information.
Module
All
Select all Smart Instrumentation properties that require coding to be available in the Code Values list.
Process Data
Select only properties in the Process Data module that require coding to be available in the Code Values list.
Wiring
Select only properties in the Wiring module that require coding to be available in the Code Values list.
Calculation
Select only properties in the Calculation module that require coding to be available in the Code Values list.
