From the Reference Explorer, select Queries > Query Builder.

Right-click on the Index – Electrical Tags Query and select Actions > Generate EDE View.

On the View Properties dialog, type a name for your EDE view.

From the Publish Document Type select list, select the document type you want to publish.

Select any other options you require and select OK.

On the EDE Actions toolbar, select
Print Report.

At the prompt to preview the report, select Yes.

On the Print Preview window toolbar, select
Revisions.

On the Revisions dialog, select New.

On the SmartPlant Foundation Revise dialog, beside Revision Scheme, select a value from the list.

Under Revise in Tool, beside Major, select a value from the list.

Select OK to implement the revision.

Select OK to close the Revisions dialog.

Select SmartPlant > Publish.

On the Publish tab of the Publish dialog, under Configuration, select from the Owning Group list the required group.

On the Publish dialog, from the Operation list, select Publish Now or Background Publish.

Select OK to publish the data.

From the Publish message box, select Close if the publish operation was successful, or View Log if there were errors.
