The following wiring reports can be published:
|
-
You set the graphical report format for view files on the Smart Instrumentation Preferences dialog, under SmartPlant Integration > General.
-
To publish successfully the 'Panel-Strip With Adjacent Connections' and 'Panel Strip Without Adjacent Connections (Style 2)' wiring reports, in the Administration module, the Domain Administrator needs to open the Report Management dialog and change the Revision Management settings for these reports from Per Item to Per Document.
-
The filter conditions that you apply to EDE's determine the scope of data that is published.
-
Data in EDEs and Queries can be published if the appropriate document types are mapped between the tool schema and SmartPlant schema. For information about mapping document types, see SmartPlant Instrumentation Schema Configuration Wizard (SPISCW).
-
When publishing user-defined EDEs of document types: Instrument Specification, Instrument Process Data, DDP, or Loop Drawing, it is recommended that you add the suffix (EDE) to the name of the user defined EDE. When publishing these document types as EDEs the layout of the document is different from that of the out-of-the-box document. Adding the suffix helps when selecting in the Publish dialog box, to identify which documents display the standard layout or the EDE layout in Smart Instrumentation. There is no difference in the data displayed, just the visual appearance.
