The view only Document List tab displays the following information:
Document Name
The names of the documents retrieved into Smart Instrumentation.
Smart P&ID document names are underlined. Selecting on a P&ID name opens a view only version
of the P&ID drawing in the P&ID Drawing Viewer. For more information, see Smart P&ID Smart P&ID Drawing Viewer .
Source Application
The name of the application that created the document.
Retrieve Date
The date and time the document was retrieved into Smart Instrumentation.
User
The name of the user who retrieved the document.
Revision
The revision number of the document (if available).
Version
The version number of the document (if available).
Active Tasks
The total number of active tasks for the specific document, created since the first retrieval into Smart Instrumentation.
Inactive Tasks
The number of non-active tasks that can be found in the Inactive Tasks tab.
You can drag one or more columns to the top of the window to group the information
by that column, or use the Filter 
command to find specific documents.
Displaying Rows
Displays the first and last row number of the displayed page in relation to their position, within all the pages of the retrieved data and the total number of rows retrieved. For example, 6001 to 9000 of 22545 rows.

After applying a filter to your query or to your EDE View, the number of rows is still displayed even if the filtered data is shortened down to only one page in your query or EDE View. For example, before filtration 6001 to 9000 of 22545 rows. After filtration 200 of 22545 rows.

When your query or EDE retrieves less than one page, then only the number of rows on the page are displayed.
Selected Rows
Displays the number of rows selected in the tab (Flat and Task view only).
Total Rows and Selected Rows are common to all open tabs in the To Do List.
Page Controls
Use these controls to find a page within the retrieved data. Use the Forward and Back arrows to move one page at a time. Use the double arrows to move to the first or last page of the retrieved data. Use the box provided to type a page number to find a specific page.
