The following commands are used when working in the Work Activity Details window.
Actions > Tag List
Toggle the display of the Selected Tags shortcut window.
Actions > Calibration
Select to open the where you enter the As Found and As Left calibration values. Note that this option is available only if you have made the required calibration settings prior to opening this window.
Actions > Next
Select to display the next instrument (available only if you selected more than one preventive maintenance record.)
Actions > Previous
Select to display the previous instrument (available only if you selected more than one preventive maintenance record.)
Actions > Save
Select to save the values in this window. Note that Smart Instrumentation prompts you to create a Work Request if the maintenance activity fails. This happens if you select Failed from the Results list. Selecting Yes in the prompt opens the Work Request dialog so that you can create the Work Request and generate the required repair form if required.
Reports > Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Reports > Summary of Failure Reason
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Reports > Summary of Repair Action
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Reports > Summary of Outcome
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Reports > Repair Details
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Tables > Work Statuses
Customizes the options in the Work Status list in the Repair Form and Work Activity Details windows.
Tables > Maintenance Staff
Customizes the options in the Assigned Work Group and Done by lists in the Repair Form, Create New Schedule, and Work Activity Details windows.
Tables > Maintenance Results
Customize the options in the Results list in the Work Activity Details window.
Tables > Maintenance Failure Reasons
Customizes the options in the Failure Reason list in the Repair Form and Work Activity Details windows.
Tables > Repair Actions
Customizes the options in the Repair Action list in the Repair Form, Create New Schedule, and Work Activity Details windows.
