Prioritize Links in a Link Group
Use this procedure to define or modify the sequence in which the links appear in a group. This sequence determines the link priority. When executing an import session for the entire group, the links are run in the order in which they appear in the group. By default, links in groups are arranged automatically in alphabetical order.
Duplicate a Link in the Link Explorer
Use this procedure to duplicate an existing link within the same link group by selecting a source link in the Link Explorer. You can only duplicate one link at a time.
Duplicate a Link in the Import Link Window
Use this procedure to duplicate an existing link within the same link group after opening this link in the Import Link window.
Use this procedure to move one or more link from one group to another. You cannot move links from the All group.
Associate the Same Links with Several Groups
Use this procedure to associate the same link or links with more than one group. Changing properties of a link in one group results in changing the properties of all instances of this link in all the groups it is associated with, including the All group. In the same way, deleting such a link from a group results in deletion of all instances of this links from all the groups it is associated with, including the All group.
Use this procedure to dissociate one or more links from a group. If a link is not associated with any group, you can still locate it and run it from the All group, if required.
Use this procedure to delete one or more links that you no longer require.
Use this procedure to delete an entire link group with all the links that it contains.
