This procedure shows you how to select the data columns that you want to be displayed in the comparison list.

With the comparison list open, on the Actions menu, select View to open the Select Columns for Viewing dialog.

Under Column list, drag the required columns to be displayed to Columns to view. Only the columns that appear under Columns to view will be displayed in the comparison list.
If the comparison list currently does not display all the available rows, you can
select the check boxes Select All to display all the columns in the comparison list, or Include modified columns to display only those columns that contain changed data.

Select OK to accept your selections and return to the comparison list.
