Open the Calibration module.

Select Tables > Calibration Profiles.

On the Calibration Profiles dialog, from the Calibration type list, select the required calibration type for the profile you are going to create.

Select New.

In the Calibration Profile column, type a name for the new calibration profile.
All calibration profile names must be unique, regardless of the calibration type
to which the profile belongs.

Type a description and a procedure if required.

Select Assign Forms.

At the prompt select Yes to continue, No to cancel.

On the Assign Forms dialog, select the required calibration settings and calibration data entry forms and select OK to return to the Calibration Profiles dialog.

Select OK to close the Calibration Profiles dialog.
