You use this dialog to search for calibration history event records associated to a tag. Tag numbers are displayed along with their calibration history, each record on its own row, allowing you to select a specific calibration history event with a specific tag.

Search

Type an alphanumeric search string in the Search box to search for items or values displayed in the grid. As you type, items that match the search string are highlighted in the grid, and those items that do not contain your search string are hidden from view.

Advanced

This section contains the name of the query that your search is based on, and any options available for the specific report.

Query — Displays the name of the query in use, and allows you to change the query to another query if available.

Grid View

The grid displays tag numbers, calibration history records, and other properties specific to this Find query. Each calibration history event is displayed on its own row (tag numbers can appear more than once depending on how many calibration events are associated with the tag).

If you have used a search string then the grid displays only those items that match the search criteria. For example, if you search for a specific tag number (to reduce the amount of tags displayed) only that tag number is displayed.

You can also:

  • Apply individual filters to each column (select Filter Icon in the column header and select the criteria from the available filters).

  • Select multiple calibration events (using the CTRL/Shift key)

  • Sort the values in individual columns by selecting on the column header.

  • Group the results by dragging a column header to the Group area. For example, to group the properties by Tag Class you would drag the Tag Class column header to the Group area just above the column headers.

  • Rearrange the column order by dragging and repositioning columns within the grid.

Layout changes made to the grid are not saved when you close the dialog.

Custom Find Queries

If you are using a custom find query for this dialog box, specific Item Types and properties must be used as part of your custom query. Failure to include these mandatory Item Types and properties results in your custom find query not being available for selection.
