The following commands are used when working in the Working Data window.
Edit > Copy to Buffer
Copy the data of the selected row to the buffer.
Edit > Copy from Buffer
Pastes the contents of the buffer into the selected row.
Edit > Refresh
Refreshes the displayed data.
Edit > Find
Searches a selected column for a whole word or a part of a word, or searches for a word as you type.
Actions > Delete
Deletes the selected working data records.
Actions > Browser Manager
Opens the Browser Manager.
Actions > Count Records
Counts the number of displayed rows.
Actions > Working Data Properties
Opens a dialog to edit the selected working data records (disabled if in the Select Dimensional Group dialog you selected All groups).
Actions > Copy Working to Default
Copies the selected data to the default data library (disabled if in the Select Dimensional Group dialog you selected All groups).
Actions > Copy Default to Working
Copies data from the default data library to the working data library (disabled if in the Select Dimensional Group dialog you selected All groups).
Actions > Copy Vendor to Working
Copies data from the vendor data library to the working data library (disabled if in the Select Dimensional Group dialog you selected All groups).
Actions > Modify Status and Revision
Opens a dialog to modify status and history data for the selected tag.
Actions > Piping Design
Manages details of piping design areas for the selected tags.
Actions > Dimensional Data Sheet
Displays the dimensional data sheet for the selected tag.
Actions > Dimensional Group Diagram
Displays the dimensional data diagram for the current DDP group.
Actions > Filter
Opens a dialog to filter the current display of working data (disabled if in the Select Dimensional Group dialog you selected All groups).
Actions > Sort
Opens a dialog to set the criteria for sorting the current display of working data.
Actions > Print Dimensional Data Sheets
Displays a print preview of the displayed data.
Reports > Working Data
Generates a printed report of the displayed working data.
Reports > Suspected Data List
Generates a printed report of the suspected working data.
Reports > Status History
Generates a printed report of the status history.
Reports > Suspected Data History
Generates a printed report of the suspected data history.
