In this procedure you define the numbering of the specification sheets in the Specification Binder Package. The numbering options can be one of the following:

Original page numbering method
Retains the original page numbering of the individual specification sheets.

Consecutive page numbering for all documents
Numbers the specification sheets consecutively in the order in which the documents appear under the binder package.

Select the Specification Binder package.

Do one of the following:

Select Actions > Specification Binder Page Numbering.

Right-click on the Specification Binder package, and select Specification Binder Page Numbering.

Right-click on the Specification Sheets folder, and select Specification Binder Page Numbering.

On the Specification Binder Page Numbering dialog select the numeration method.

Selecting the Original page numbering method prevents the re-pagination of the selected Specification Binder Package.

Selecting the numbering Consecutive page numbering for all documents method activates the Definitions button.

If you selected the Consecutive page numbering for all documents option, select Definitions and from the Define Prefix and Suffix dialog type in the numeration prefix and suffix and select OK.
