This dialog enables you to apply filter in the Associate Items with Sub-Libraries dialog or in the Library Items report print preview.
Find an item filter
Allows you to find a record in the data window. Type the item filter you want to find and the software highlights the record in the data window below.
Data Window
Contains the existing item filters and their descriptions. To edit an existing name or description, select a row and double-click the Item Filter column or Item Filter Description column field. To add a new item filter, select New.
New
Adds a new row in the data window. Allows you to define name and description for a new filter.
Properties
Opens a dialog where you can set item filter properties, such as item number, storage number, item size, and so forth. Also, you can change the item filter name and description.
Delete
Deletes a filter row together with the associated filter properties.
