This dialog allows you to select one or more instrument types and associate them with a specific hook-up type you selected in the Domain Explorer. If you selected more than one hook-up type, you can select Next to assign instrument types to another hook-up type. You can also use this dialog to dissociate instrument type from hook-up types.

You can associate the same instrument types with any number of hook-up types.

Electrical tags created in Smart Instrumentation cannot be associated with a Hook-Up even if the instrument type SPEL has been associated with the Hook-Up type. The SPEL instrument type is only for use with items retrieved from Smart Electrical in an integrated environment.
