Displays an active maintenance event record associated with a specific instrument in the Domain Explorer, where active records are indicated by PPM All Outputs Graphic. The displayed fields depend on the page of the form on which the current maintenance event record is based. The options in this window enable a supervisor user with full Calib. & Maint. Event Supervisor access rights to edit the record settings if the record contains editable fields, save changes, and mark the record as completed. You can just update the record settings and save changes without marking the record as completed. When you mark a record as completed, the software automatically saves the changes that you have made and archives the record in the database. In the Domain Explorer, completed records are indicated by PPM All Outputs Graphic. You cannot update any settings for completed records, only open a record print preview or delete completed records. It is possible to complete one record at a time. To complete the currently displayed record, on the menu bar, select Actions > Mark as Completed.
