Displays a list of selected documents in which data changed since the last revision or between specified dates. Note that the software only displays changes for documents for which the Domain Administrator has selected the Save Document Data option in the Report Management dialog.
Find document types
Type the name of a document type that you want to find. The software highlights the required row as you type.
Document type
Lists the available document types used to classify all of the documents and reports in the database. They correspond to the document types that appear in the Document Explorer.
Select all
Select this check box to select all the document types displayed in the data window so that you can apply the revision settings to all the document types at once.
Filter by
Select an option to specify the method of filtering. The available options are:
Documents changed since last revision
filters documents for which data was changed since the last revision of the document. If there is no revision, or if the revision and the change were both made today, the software does not display that item, the software does not display that document.
Documents changed between specified dates
filters documents for which data was changed during the date range specified by the From date and To date fields. If the specified dates include today's date, and the revision and the change were both made today, the software does not display that item.
Documents
Displays all the documents for which data has changed since the last revision or between the specified dates.
Document Type
Indicates the document type to which the document belongs.
Document Number
A document number appears if specified in the title block of the document.
Last Revision
The number of the last revision, if appropriate, that was applied to the document.
Find
Finds documents to display according to the selected document types and filter parameters.
Changes Report
Displays a report showing all the changes for each document that occurred since the last revision or between the specified dates.
