The options in this dialog allow you to edit the header text of the file you are saving as an external file. You can select the headers you want to include in the new file, change the header text, and the header width as needed.
This dialog opens after selecting the Edit Headers option and then selecting OK in the Save As dialog.
Column Name
This field displays the column header as it appears in the database. You cannot change this value.
Header Text
This field holds the header text. Select in the field and type the required text if needed.
Width
This option allows you to set the width of the header you are editing. Select in the field and type the required number of characters for that column or use the spinner to set the width you need.
Incl.
Select the check box to include the appropriate column in the file you are saving.
Select All Columns
Select this check box to select all the columns in the file you are saving.
Deselect All Columns
Select this check box to cancel the selection all the columns in the file you are saving.
Export Headers
Saves the all the values as an external text file that you can later use to edit column headers of another report or the same report as required.
Import Headers
Opens a text file that contains headers you saved another time. Opening this file automatically replaces all the headers with edited values from the text file you opened. This option becomes available only after you selected the Export Headers and saved it as an external text file.
