Volumetric flow is measure at
Flowing (operating) conditions

Normal conditions — 0oC (32oF) at 1 atm.

Standard conditions — 15.6oC (60oF) at 1 atm.
Other base conditions
After you select OK, set the base conditions on the Base Conditions dialog that opens.
