Use this dialog to maintain templates for form notes in the Document Binder module. Using this dialog, you can perform the following activities:

View the list of available templates

Create a new template

Delete a template

Open a window in which you edit the name, description, and text of an existing template
To open this dialog in the Document Binder module, select Actions > Form Note Templates.
Form
Displays the form with which this template is associated.
Template
Displays the template name.
Description
Displays the template description.
Edit Text
Opens the Edit Text window, where you can edit the template name, description, and text.
Close
Save changes automatically and closes this dialog a.
Delete
Deletes an existing form note template.
New
Opens the New Form Note Template dialog, where you can create a new template.
