This dialog enables you to specify a three character prefix and suffix for specific document types in a General Binder package. The specific prefix and suffix will appear in the title block of the specific document type in all General Document Binder packages in the plant.
Find document type
Type the name of a document type that you want to find. The software highlights the required row as you type.
Document Type
Lists the available document types used to classify all of the documents and reports in the database. Select the document type you want to define a prefix or suffix for.
Prefix
Type a three character prefix for the selected document type.
Suffix
Type a three character suffix for the selected document type.
