Use this dialog to create note templates for use in General Document Binder packages Form_Note_Template.
To open this dialog, from the Document Note Templates dialog, select New.
Document Type
Select from the list a document type, which can be an EDE view or a report. You can create more than one template for a particular document type provided the templates have unique names.
Template
By default, the template name is made up of the document name and the document number (up to a total of 20 characters). You can type your own unique template name.
Description
If a description exists for the selected document, it is displayed in this field by default. You can overwrite this text if required.
