This dialog enables you to define and edit preventive maintenance (PM) tasks. A PM task is a set of instructions associated with an Attachment. PM tasks make up a PM Activity. Note that you define a task after defining an attachment.
Data Window
The data window displays the existing tasks and the attachments that are associated with them.
Task Name
Select in the field and type the required task name.
Attachment
Select and select the appropriate attachments from the drop-down list.
New
Inserts a new row to define a new task.
Delete
Deletes the selected task.
Note
Type an appropriate note for the selected task if needed.
