You use this dialog to rename multiple loop numbers in batch mode. You can also modify the loop number service and edit associated tag numbers if required.
To access this dialog, select Edit > Loop Numbers > Rename Multiple Loop Numbers.
Select
Select this check box next to each loop number that you want to rename.
Current Loop Name
Displays the current name of the selected loop numbers. You cannot edit the values in this field.
New Loop Name
Enables you to type the new name of the selected loop number. Make sure that your new loop number names comply with the naming conventions of the current <unit>.
Loop Service
Enables you to type the loop service, as you require.
Result
In case of failure, displays the reason why a particular loop number has not been renamed.
Edit tag numbers
Select to edit the properties of the tag numbers associated with the loop numbers you selected to rename.
Select all
Select this check box to select all the loop numbers displayed in the dialog.
Rename
Renames the selected loop numbers.
