The options in this dialog enable you to select a revision of an archived report and compare it with the currently previewed report. If the archived and the currently previewed reports are different, in the previewed report, the software marks the differences in color. If required, you can set your own comparison color and font style to indicate the differences for report display. You can also set a grayscale and font style to indicate the differences in a printed report.
To open this dialog, on the Report Comparison Options dialog, select the Compare the current report with an archived report option, and select OK.
Revision
This column indicates the revision number according to the revision sequencing method selected for the particular report (P0, P1, P2...; A, B, C...; 0, 1, 2...).
Drawing Name
This column displays the number of the drawing related to the generated report (.dwg file). This is the number that appears in the title block field DWG NO.
Date and Time
This column displays the date and time at which the revision was associated with the report.
Revision Storage
This column displays the archiving option used when saving the displayed report revision. The Domain Administrator defines an archiving option for each report.
Revision filter
If you know the number of a specific revision you want to locate, clear the Activate check box and type the number of the revision. You must type the full revision number.
Activate
Select this check box to display only the revision specified in the Revision filter text box.
OK
Compares the selected archived report with the currently previewed report, and reopens the Print Preview window to view the differences indicated by the pre-set comparison color and font style.
