This dialog enables you to customize the options of the Work Request Reason drop-down list in the Work Request and Repair Form windows.
You open this dialog from the main window of the Maintenance module — Maintenance Activities Summary. Select Tables > Work Request Reasons.
Find work reason
Use this field to find a record in the data window. Type the item you want to find and the software selects the record in the data window below.
Data Window
The editable data window displays the existing work request reasons, the typical instruments associated with this work request, and the work reason descriptions. Select a value that you want to edit, or select New to add a new data row.
Work Reason
Type the required work reason, for example, Not Responding, Calibration Required, Turnaround.
Typical Instrument
Select the appropriate typical instrument with which to associate this work request. You can add additional items to this list in the Typical Instrument dialog.
New
Inserts a new row where you can type the required values.
Delete
Deletes the selected row.
