A fluid is a material characterized according to state, name, and phase.
Fluid state
Indicates whether the fluid is Liquid, Water, Gas/Vapor, Steam, Solid/Powder or N/A or Other. Selecting the fluid opens the properties section with the appropriate parameters for selection.
Fluid name source
When the User- defined option is selected from the list, you can type the name of the fluid in the text box.
Fluid phase
The phase indicates whether the fluid is single or 2-phase. This selection is for information only.
If you select N/A or other in Fluid state, Fluid name source and Fluid phase are disabled.
