You can import SQL queries and PSR files to the SQL Editor and then convert them to EDEs for use within Smart Instrumentation.

In the Reference Explorer, right-click the SQL Editor folder and select New > Import Query.

In the Select File to Import dialog box, from the Files of type list select PowerSoft Report (.PSR) or SQL files (.sql).

Navigate to the file you want to import and select Open.

In the Query Properties dialog box, make any required changes.

Select OK, the file is imported and displayed in the SQL Editor.

After importing a file, a message is displayed in the Message ribbon bar, indicating if the import was successful or not.

Use the arrow buttons on the status bar to move through the messages.

Click on the Information icon to see any additional information that is available.
You can now edit your SQL query, save the query to the SQL Editor folder in the Reference Explorer, or convert the query to the Query Builder format.
