This dialog allows you to define and modify page fields that contain computed values. Computed values are valid InfoMaker expressions, for example upper (cmpnt_name) for a function data type.
Name
Allows you to type a field name to add it to the current page or accept the displayed name if you have selected one in the current page.
Expression
Allows you to type a valid InfoMaker expression.
Alignment
Left
Aligns the text to the left of the text field.
Center
Aligns the text in the center of the text field.
Right
Aligns the text to the right of the text field.
Font style
Bold
Displays the text in bold font style.
Italic
Displays the text in italic font style.
Font size
Allows you to select a font size.
Background color
Allows you to select the background color for the text box from the list. Alternatively, you can select Transparent to display the text in the current Windows background.
Text color
Accept the default black, or select a color from the list.
Rotate
Rotates the text according to the angle you specify.
Verify
Verifies the validity of the expression that you typed.
